Each service is performed specifically for the purchasing customer’s website or website project according to the scope stated on the applicable service page.

Our services may include website planning, frontend and responsive layout review, page-speed analysis, Core Web Vitals review, website asset optimization, fixed-period performance monitoring, website optimization, and multi-site performance review.

We do not sell downloadable digital products, templates, ebooks, software installers, or similar digital goods. We do not provide SaaS software access or software subscriptions as part of the services sold through this website.

All purchases are one-time service purchases unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. The exact scope, delivery timeframe, and support period applicable to each service are disclosed on its service page before purchase.

Our Website Development and Performance Services

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date the purchased service is received.

A service is considered received on the date we electronically notify the customer that the purchased service has been completed and the applicable service result has been made available to the customer.

Refund eligibility is not affected by whether the customer has reviewed or used the service result, submitted project information, completed onboarding or intake, provided website access, or whether work has started or has been partially or fully completed.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. After the refund is processed, the credit should appear on the customer’s account within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND BUSINESS INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate company, billing, contact and order information for all purchases made through this website. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order if the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, fraudulent or inconsistent with our business-only eligibility. SECTION 8 – SERVICE DELIVERY

All purchases made through Vexaro Site Performance Hub are customized professional services. No physical products, downloadable digital products, or SaaS software access are included.

Within 1 business day after successful payment, we will send the customer an order confirmation and, where additional website or project information is required, instructions for completing the project intake process.

Work begins after both successful payment and receipt of all information reasonably required to perform the selected service. Required information may include website URLs, selected pages, project objectives, technical information, and, where necessary, authorized temporary website access. Instructions for submitting this information will be provided electronically.

The applicable delivery period begins when all information required for the service has been received. If required information is incomplete, we will contact the customer for the missing information and the delivery period will begin once the required information has been supplied.

Service completion is communicated electronically to the email address associated with the order. Where the purchased scope requires authorized work directly on the customer’s website, that work will be performed using access provided by the customer.

SECTION 9 – BUSINESS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions and any information reasonably needed to deliver the service. Your business is responsible for the accuracy of website details, development requirements, performance data, team information, customer data and other content it chooses to submit for the service. You are responsible for reviewing website changes and performance information and confirming that the service is suitable for your organization’s operational, contractual, compliance, customer-facing or other business requirements.
