This is a managed professional service. It is not SaaS, does not provide the customer with software access, and does not include a dashboard, downloadable digital product, template, ebook, software installer, or subscription account. The customized service is performed specifically for the customer’s selected websites or pages, and the final findings are communicated electronically to the email address associated with the order.
Work begins after successful payment and after all required website information has been received. Monitoring begins within 1 business day after successful payment and receipt of all required information, lasts 7 calendar days, and service completion with findings is communicated within 1 business day after the monitoring period ends. A 30-calendar-day post-completion support period is included.
